Use of the site
The short version: use the site for its intended purpose, and leave the systems behind it alone.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to disrupt the operation of the site, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or to the systems behind it.
This covers a few practical things. Do not use the inquiry forms to send bulk advertising, chain messages, or automated submissions. Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the site or attempt to work around any limits placed on how often a form can be used. Do not copy parts of the page into another website in a way that misrepresents where the content came from. If a tool on this site stops working as expected while you are using it normally, tell us through the contact page and we will look into it.
Inquiries and submissions
What sending a message through this site does and does not mean.
Accuracy of what you send
Information submitted through the contact and inquiry forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content of your message, including any attachments or details you choose to include.
No contract is created
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract between you and Clavendro Digital.
Response times are not guaranteed
We aim to reply within the expectations described on the site, but a fixed response time is not guaranteed by these terms. If your request is time-sensitive, calling the phone number above is the fastest route.
Intellectual property
Who owns what on this page, and how you may reuse it.
The content of this website, including text and page structure, is protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.
Quoting a short passage with a link back to the page it came from is fine. Republishing whole pages, feeding the copy into an automated tool that republishes it as its own, or using our wording in paid material is not. If you would like to reference something you read here in a report, an article, or a course, ask first through the contact page and we will usually say yes.
No warranties and limitation of liability
Two clauses that most website terms share, explained without the legal padding.
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and the site operational, no warranty is given that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
In practice this means a page may occasionally be under maintenance, and general information on the site is not tailored advice for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are unsure whether something you read here applies to a decision you are about to make, ask us first through the inquiry form before acting on it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We change wording when the way the site works changes: a new field on the inquiry form, a new route for reaching the team, or a clarification after a common question. When something material changes, the version note at the top of this page moves with it, so you can tell at a glance whether you are reading the version you agreed to.
If a future version does not suit you, you are free to stop using the site. There is no cancellation step, no account to close, and nothing to notify us about.

Common follow-up questions
01 Which version of the terms applies to me?
The version published on this page at the time you use the site. That is why the version note sits at the top of the page rather than buried in the closing lines.
02 Does sending an inquiry commit me to anything?
No. A message through the form starts a conversation. Nothing is ordered, booked, or charged until both sides agree in writing on separate terms.
03 Can I reuse text found on this website?
Short quotes with a link back are fine. Republishing pages or using the wording commercially needs permission first — send the request through the contact page and describe where it would appear.
04 What if I spot something inaccurate on the site?
Tell us through the inquiry form and name the page. Corrections to wording and routing are usually handled quickly, and they are welcome — a clear report beats a silent bounce.

Something here is unclear
A short question about a clause is easier to answer than a long one about the whole page. Send the paragraph you are reading and what you need to know about it, or call and we will walk through it with you.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Outside those hours, the inquiry form is the better route — messages are read the next working day.
