How Clavendro Digital handles what you submit
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send through the contact and inquiry forms on clavendro.digital. It covers what is collected, why, who reads it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion. It applies to submitted form data on this site only.

Data you submit
What is collected when you submit the form
Nothing on this site asks for more than the reply requires. The list on the right is the whole set.
Submitting an inquiry transmits the values you enter: name, email address, subject, message, and phone number if you provide one. Standard technical information generated by any web request, such as the time of submission and the page you submitted from, is recorded as part of normal server operation. That log keeps the site running and helps resolve a submission that appears to have failed.
The form does not ask for payment details, identity documents, or account credentials, and those should not be sent through it. There is no account creation step, so no password is stored on this site. If a request genuinely needs a sensitive document, reply to the confirmation email and you will get a safer route for sharing it.
Purpose and limits
Why the information is used
The submitted details are used to read, route, and reply to your inquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence so a follow-up does not lose its context. That is the purpose, and it is the only one. Nothing you send through the form is used to build a marketing audience, and it is not sold, rented, or handed to a list broker.
An inquiry submitted here gets a reply, not a newsletter subscription. If you want information about the site rather than a reply to a question, email or call instead of using the form, and the same team answers both channels. Marketing messages are never triggered by a form submission on this site.
The one exception worth stating plainly: if a request asks for something this site cannot do, you still get a reply saying so. A clear no is more useful than silence, and it saves you waiting.
Who can see a submitted inquiry
Inside Clavendro Digital
Access is limited to the people who read and route inquiries. Each submission is read in full, sorted by subject, and answered by the same small team that answers the phone line.
Service providers
If a provider is used to run the site, host the inbox, or deliver email, that provider processes data on the operator's behalf under its own terms. Specific vendors are not enumerated here because the set can change with hosting and email configuration.
Outside that group
Not published, not shared with advertisers, not disclosed to unrelated parties. Information is not passed to a third party for that party's own marketing, and it is not traded for access to another list.
If you would rather speak with a person than send written details, the phone line reaches the same team that reads the inbox. Call +1 713-524-8037 during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Retention
How long inquiries are kept
Submitted inquiries and their replies stay on file while the matter is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so a returning question can be matched to its earlier context. When that period ends, records are deleted from the active inbox.
-
01
While the conversation is open
Your inquiry and every reply stay in the same thread so context does not need to be rebuilt mid-conversation.
-
02
After the matter closes
The record sits in archive for a reasonable period so a follow-up question lands in the right context instead of starting from zero.
-
03
When retention ends
The correspondence is deleted or removed from active systems. Nothing is kept as a dormant record for future marketing use.
-
04
Earlier deletion on request
Ask at any time and the request is actioned, unless a legal or operational obligation requires that a record be held.

Cookies and browser storage
This site may use cookies or similar browser storage for basic operation and for remembering preferences. Cookie settings can be controlled in your browser; blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
Read the Cookie PolicyLinks to other services
Where this site links to an external service, that provider's own privacy terms apply once you leave clavendro.digital. Read them the same way you would read this page, because the rules change at the domain boundary.
Updates to this policy
This page may be updated to reflect changes in how form data is handled. The version published here is the current one, and the review line at the top of the page records when it last changed.

Common privacy questions
Do you use what I submit for anything other than replying?
No. The details are read, routed, answered, and kept as a record of the correspondence. They are not used to build an advertising audience, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to a third party for its own use.
Can I submit an inquiry without giving my phone number?
Yes. The phone field is optional. Leaving it empty does not block the form, and a reply goes to the email address you provide. Add a number only if you are happy to be called about your own inquiry.
How do I ask for my inquiry to be deleted?
Send a message with the subject line "Privacy request" naming the inquiry you want removed, or call +1 713-524-8037. You get a reply confirming what was done. If a legal or operational obligation requires a record to be held, the reply says so and explains why.
Should I send documents or card numbers through the form?
No. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or identity document images through the form, and the form does not accept attachments. Describe what you would like to share in your message and the reply explains a practical way to pass it along.
Where else is this written down on the site?
A link to this privacy information sits in the site footer on every page, and the inquiry form links to the same page directly beneath the submit button, so it can be read before sending rather than after.
Questions about your information
If something here is unclear, or you would like to know what is held about a specific inquiry, say so and you will get a direct answer. Time-sensitive matters are faster by phone, and the line reaches the same team that reads the inbox.
