Privacy and your information
What happens to the message you send us
This page covers the contact form and inquiry form on clavendro.digital: what is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept, and how to ask a question or request deletion. It applies to submitted form data on this site.
Why this page exists
Written to be read before you press send.
Most privacy pages are written to protect the company that publishes them. This one is written to answer the questions people actually ask after they have used a contact form: who read my message, where does it live now, and can I get it removed. Anything you send through the inquiry form is handled by the same small team that replies to it — not by a marketing system downstream of the form.
The sections below follow the life of a submission in the order it lives: what the form collects when you press send, what we do with it, who can open it, how long it stays, and the two ways to reach us if you want it changed. Each one is short on purpose. If a phrase is unclear, call the number above and ask — that is a normal reason to get in touch.
Where privacy is linked
Site footer on every page, and directly beneath the submit button on the inquiry form.
What is never requested
Payment card details, identity documents, and account logins of any kind.
How to make a request
Use the form with the subject line set to a privacy request, or call the office.
What is collected when you submit the form
Submitting an inquiry transmits the values you enter. Nothing beyond that list is asked for, and the form does not silently add fields you did not fill.
Standard technical information generated by any web request — such as the time of submission — is recorded as part of normal server operation, the same way it would be for any page you load.
marks the only field in the register that is optional at the point of writing; every other listed value is required to send an inquiry.
Why the information is used
The submitted details are used to read, route, and reply to your inquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence so a follow-up does not lose its context. That is the whole purpose. Information from the form is not used to build marketing audiences, and it is not sold or rented to third parties.
Arrives and is read
The message lands in the shared inbox the team works from, in the order it was sent.
Read for content, not profiling
The team reads what you wrote to decide how to answer. No profile is built from past inquiries or site visits.
Routed by subject
The subject line decides who picks it up first, so the right person answers without a relay.
Answered and kept in thread
The reply is stored next to the original message so a later follow-up can be matched to its earlier context.
Never added to a mailing list
An email address from the inquiry form is used to answer that inquiry. It is not added to an audience, a newsletter, or a remarketing segment.
Never sold or rented
Submitted inquiries are not traded, sold, or handed to unrelated parties for any purpose.
If you need a copy of what was stored from your submission, ask for it in the same thread or start a new inquiry with a clear subject line. There is no self-service export and no account to log into, so the request is handled by a person.
Who can see a submitted inquiry
Access is limited to the people who read and route inquiries at Clavendro Digital. A submitted inquiry is not published, not shared with advertisers, and not disclosed to unrelated parties.
If a service provider is used to operate the site or its email, that provider processes data on the operator's behalf under its own terms. Specific vendors are not enumerated here because the set can change with hosting and email configuration — and a list that goes stale is worse than an honest description of how access works.
What that means in practice: the number of people who can open your message is small and known internally, and each of them is reading it for the purpose described above. Access is not granted to anyone outside that group to satisfy an unrelated request.
Access at a glance
The team that reads and routes inquiries, for the purpose of answering them.
A hosting or email provider, only as far as it takes to operate and deliver the mail.
Not advertisers, not data brokers, not an audience-building platform.
Not published, and never attached to a public post or profile.
How long inquiries are kept
Submitted inquiries and their replies are retained while the matter is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so a returning question can be matched to its earlier context. When that period ends, records are deleted or removed from active systems.
You can request earlier deletion using the contact details on this page. The request is actioned unless a legal or operational obligation requires retention — for example, a record that has to stay on file to resolve an open matter. If that applies to your request, the reply will say so and explain what is being held back and why.
A link to this privacy information appears in the site footer on every page, and the inquiry form links to the same page directly beneath the submit button. That placement is deliberate: privacy information should be readable before a submission, not only discoverable afterward. If you would rather read the longer legal wording, the Privacy Policy sets out the full text, and the Cookie Policy covers browser storage.
Your requests regarding submitted data
You can ask what information is held about an inquiry you submitted, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Use the inquiry form with a subject line that says it is a privacy request, or call the phone number displayed on this site. Requests are handled by the same team that reads inquiries, and you will receive a reply confirming what was done.
01 Asking what is held about an inquiry
Send the inquiry form with the subject line "Privacy request" and say what you would like to see. If you still have the original message, replying in that thread is faster because it already carries the context. The reply will describe what was stored from the submission and what has happened to it since.
02 Asking for a correction
If a name, an email address, or a phone number was mistyped, say which value is wrong and what it should be. The record is updated rather than duplicated, and the corrected version is what future replies use.
03 Asking for deletion
Deletion is the default answer unless a legal or operational obligation requires the record to stay. The reply confirms which parts were removed and, if anything is held back, the reason it was kept.
04 What a request cannot cover
A request applies to information you submitted on this site. It does not extend to a separate service you may have contacted directly — once you leave clavendro.digital through an external link, that service's own privacy terms apply.
Cookies and related storage
This site may use cookies or similar browser storage for basic operation and for remembering preferences. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy, which is linked in the site footer. Cookie settings can be controlled in your browser; blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
Read the Cookie PolicyThird-party links and changes to this page
Where this site links to an external service, that service's own privacy terms apply once you leave clavendro.digital. This page may be updated to reflect changes in how form data is handled; the current version is the one published here.
If a change affects how a submitted inquiry is stored or used, the wording on this page is updated rather than left to drift. Reading it again before a new submission is a reasonable habit.
Contact for privacy questions

If this page answered the question about your data, these pages cover the rest of the inquiry process from the other side.
